help with paypal "return to merchant"

Hi all, can someone shed any light....

im testing my new website behind the scenes...one of my options for payment is paypal, with a drop down menu of free 1st class post or paid for next day post.

the free option is working, but the paid for option is coming up with

PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem.i have done a bit of digging and initially thought it may be some characters (brackets) that i used on the paid for option - so changed this and its still the same...

any advice appreciated

hiya, on the most part getting on well, if a little apprehensive now, we launch at the baby show in london next week.

I've got 2500 units arriving friday that need to be manually packaged so going to be a busy weekend!

also going to meet Tilly Beazley (creator of the wean machine) a week on Tuesday, also in london so hopefully get some good pointers / contacts from her.

I've been intrigued as to what it is you are setting up? ive seen the surragacy (sp?) site but it sounds like your doing something else, dragon babies, is this going well?...
