HI
I don't know if what i'm looking for exisits but it must be a common business model so I am assuming that it does!!
I am looking for a software package/add on, that manages sms subscriptions, ie records purchases from users, monitors credits, sends out sms to subscribed users with credits, etc. etc. etc.
Can anyone point me in a suitable direction?
Thanks
Sandra

Clickatell used to be a popular one, but I've not looked at their API for a few years.
I think AQL offered similar services to uk, you can use them as a starting point for research...

How do you mean you're selling to your members?

yep. I've got a sms supplier who I will be buying sms credits off, and sending out to subscribed users. What I need is something to manage in house the aspect where I manage my subscribed users, and their credits, and let them buy credits etc.

I think you need to talk about it with your sms supplier. Because there exist more sms services which offer more options. Maybe with existing sms supplier, you are able to get everything done only with web programmer help.

Boxby, this is something you need to get your developer to sort out using the API options of your supplier :)

Clickatell is a company I used too... You just need to tell a developer to use their API...
