I'm unable to log on to certain sites from my laptop at home

Please go gentle on me, I don't understand jargon. ty.

I regularly play poker on pokerstars but today (for some unknown reason to me) when I clicked the icon on my desktop it told me "signature expired or wrong time settings". What the hell does this mean and how to i get around it, so I can start playing poker again.

Also, when I then tried to get onto Betfair (another gambling site) i couldn't log on to this either.

As the error says, check your computer clock settings. A quick google (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&hs=KqO&q=%22signature+expired+or+wrong+time+settings%22&btnG=Search&meta=) shows most people with this error have the wrong month and/or year set.

How simple was that! I'm unsure why that happened today though, because yesterday there wasn't a problem at all.

However, i still have a problem getting onto betfair, any ideas for this one?

Is the error the same? Try reinstalling an up-to-date version of it.
