Hi

I just wanted to give you a quick heads-up...

I use a small business site hosting, building and marketing system called SBI.

I won't go into a long description about what they do, I could never do it justice with my own words.

So why this post?

Well, SBI customers have convinced the people that run and develop the system to make their online user manual available for all to see.

This manual does more than just show you how to use the SBI system, it shows you how to best build a thriving online business, one step at a time.

They make it very clear that it takes hard work, dedication and motivation.

They're also very clear that if you're expecting instant results and get rich quick philosophies, they don't want you as a customer.

Right I'll just shut up and give you the link...

I'm happy to answer any questions regarding SBI and how I've made it work for me in the context of my own business. I'm also happy to arrange a teleconference for anyone interested enough to want to find out more.

Here's the link.

I've removed the affiliate part of the URL to dispell any misconception that I'm just posting to make a profit.

I used SBI for my first three sites.

I can recommend it to any newcomer as it is an excellent way to build your first site.

The templates they provide are a little basic, and the support is less than perfect, but as an entry level web building system it is very good.

Hi

Just interested to know...

How long ago did you use SBI?

I only ask because with all the new tools they've added even since I joined last December, it's far from an entry level system.

I had occasion to use support several times with tiny little technical questions and have always had a resolution within 24 hours.

What's the, their support and business forums are some of the most help, useful, motivating and friendly forums I've had the pleasure to take part in. And the CEO of the company reglarly takes part to field questions.

Sorry I'm sounding like an evangelist, however, I'm not one to get worked up about many products, so I guess I've been waiting a few years, lol.

Or maybe it's just your affiliate link thats getting you excited.

I have to say a recommendation with an affiliate link (meaning you profit if I click on it) TOTALLY discredits the product review (even if it is a good product)

I agree, would make a slightly more honest review if the poster said they were an affiliate and that they chose to become one because.............

Hi

if anyone's concerned that I posted this topic to get affiliate commitions, then that's a very sad state of affairs we've come to.

To put anyone's mind at ease, if you don't want to click on an affiliate link, simply leave out the bigmix.html part of the original url.

But I'm sorry a good product is a good product, regardless.

Sorry, a little offended that someone think I'm just trying to get affiliate commitions, I run my own busienss as a DJ and don't need the extra cash, although I won't sniff at it if it comes.

Shame we've all become so cinical isn't it?

Darren,

A perception of what is basic and what is advanced depends on your own personal perspective.

I have the same tools that you have, but have just outgrown it now.

In any case, SBI is a Canadian company and I don't think that it is really appropriate to be promoting them in a UK Business forum.

Far better to focus on our own economy and there are plenty of people within this forum for web-building.

Hi

I run my own busienss as a DJ and don't need the extra cash,

Why bother with an affiliate programme then?

If you going to stay around why not promote your DJ business instead of a bunch of canadians who get more than enough money out of you and everyone else who use their services?

UKBF is a place for self promotion keep your fantastic web tool, for when the next person posts a HELP ME I'M REALLY STUCK WITH MY SITE post and then just pop up a link and say, "Try these guys, I find them really good".

Good luck with your DJing

Claire
