Blogspot UK issues, arrgghhh

Hi,

I have a blog on blogspot.com.

The blog is UK aimed but because its a .com hosted in US it wont come up for google.co.uk searches with uk only selected.

On .com google or .co.uk with world selected I am #1.

Have set target in webmaster tools to UK but this seems to make no difference.

Any ideas...

Don't use blogspot. May sound harsh but you would be much better off integrating wordpress into your site. The link juice would be much better and the blog would have more authority.

True but i think that they want the external links that the can get from blogging offsite.

True but those links have almost zero value. Google isn't that daft so lots of links to your site from blogger isn't going to help as most will be discounted unless they point to deep pages - relevant source and target.
