Hi there,

I got my Dell 922 all-in-one printer when I bought my PC 6 months ago. It was working fine until yesterday when it stopped pulling the paper through from the feeder tray. It makes all the right noises when it goes to print but nothing comes out. Then it tells me I have a Paper Jam when there isn't one.

Has anyone else had this problem - how did you fix it?

Have you tried talking to Dell? If so what did they tell you?

Actually if you hang around on this forum long enough maybe they will talk to you!

Hi Gary,

I have emailed them and am waiting for their reply.

I just thought I would ask here in case there is any quick fix.

Claire I was asked by a friend the same question and when I checked there was paper jammed in the printer, another common jamming problem is with labels.

Thanks.

Was it the same type of printer? I have already checked for paper jams but I will try again. I haven't printed any labels.

Hi Clare,
Did you have any luck with Dell support regarding your printer?

If not we have a few ideas!
