Live chat scripts

I am looking to use live chat on our website and I'm wondering if there are any services people would recommend?

My ideal setup would be something I can integrate using PHP that will talk over some form of instant messaging client like MSN, Yahoo or ICQ etc.. I'm hoping to use my Blackberry to speak with customers.

I am not sure if you can integrate MSN, Yahoo or ICQ with Live Chat software. We use Liveperson and it is simply great with advanced features. There are also free software's available which you can integrate with PHP.

I think you'll have a problem using existing solutions from your Blackberry as the blackberry browser isn't great at handling the scripts. You'd be best off getting a custom script made with a really simple admin section that the blackberry could handle.

Hey you can freely download the scripts from net. You just have to search on google for free script. There are script for each and every feature just go for it.

Looks very 'Web2.0' and in style with other chat systems like facebook so people should be used to it.
There are other features that are very good, like using on a mobile device which would be good for when you are away from your desk ;)
