Hello all,

I'm Nicola and I came across this forum while looking for accounting advise.
So far I have had a really good response to the thread I posted and hope to be able to give some of my own soon!
I have just set up in business in the East Midlands repairing orbital welding machines with an old collegue and we are looking to be a little more diverse and make the most my partners mechanical engineering skills.
We are interseted in joining a networking group in our area but one which is related to our business.

Hello Nicola,
Pleased you joined the forum. I imagine things could be a bit slow for orbital welding right now but maybe that means more repair and less replace. There isn't a group here which is dedicated to manufacturing and engineering. Perhaps because members tend to be from smaller companies. It might be good to start a group for manufacturing or engineering. I know that some of our members find it easier to hit a nail with a spanner than a keyboard with five fingers.

I would be interested.
