Ok I need all your help on this, sometimes other people seem to come up with great idea's that you just don't think about.

Many Thanks

Virgin train magazine, airline magazines, in top class health spas, financial times, Economist, Finicial Services trade press, anywhere where people have more money and less time.

Also consider where your successful competitors advertise... if it works for them it should work for you?

TV and Radio stations. Don't mean telly ads, but TV and Radio reception areas, ask if you can put a poster up or leave details with the receptionist.

You can phone and ask for nothing, may get lucky

Greig

Have you asked yourself the following questions:

(1) Who are my clients?

BTW that's the people who decide that your service is going to be used, not necessarily the people who will travel with you i.e. it could be the PA who'd hire you, rather than his/her boss.

(2) Are they using a similar service at the moment?

If so, why should they switch to you?
If not, what alternative are they curerntly using and what would be the objections to using your service?

(3) What do these clients read?

(4) Where do they hang out?

(5) Who already has a business relationship with them?

Answering these questions should give you/us some idea of how and where you should be directing your marketing.

Any flying/pilot specific magazines. Don't actually know if there are any, but guess there must be seeing as you can even buy magazines called Cans and Canning!

That'd be your best shot I reckon, maybe get in touch as they might be interested in running a piece on how beneficial your service is to their readers.

I would also add that PR or advertorials have a higher ROI than adverts. Above the line advertising is beginning to be received with a pinch of salt by consumers now, and it takes a long and expensive campaign to get the impact you need to make a difference to your business and indeed any form of ROI.

PR is usually free, and if you have an interesting angle, most of the magazines listes, plus lifestyle magazines and broadsheet supplements would grab it up, after all most printed media is ranges from 50% to 85% PR content.

Advertorials are a cheaper form of advertising that combines the voice of the publication with your ad, it looks like an articles in the magazine and consumers read them thinking the magazine or publication they are reading is endorsing the product and therefore are more likely to follow it up if it interests them than an ad.

not sure if that helped, hope it did!

How about talking to executive chauffeur services and see if you could do a contra deal, ie they put your info into the pockets in the backs of their cars and you give your clients details of their services? You could try this tact with a number of different services, private banks who may have high net worth individuals,(thinks Coutts, Investec etc down to the high street banks who have "private banking divisions") bouitque hotels etc, sunseeker yatchs etc. Luxury goods council could be a good lead for ideas
Also I notice you do sports fan trips...why not contact sports agents to see if their clients are interested in your service or indeed if any agent wishes to impress his prospective clients. Also sports clubs, contact the marketing manager and tell them of the service you offer to their fans - do leaflet drops on matchdays for big clubs...
