Our Dutch company developes new and innovative garden products especially desgined for climbing plants. We are looking for a person/company who has the qualifications to market these products in the UK. Most of our products are protected by an European patent.
We are NOT selling our company in the Netherlands! But ONLY looking for someone who is interested to buy the intellectual rights of our company and market these products on the British market. We are of opinion that it would be easier to produce these patented products in the UK. But it is also a possibility to import some of these products from the Netherlands. The buyer decide.
The products can be sold to: garden centres, flowistry, horticuluralist, land scapers, cultivators and alternative green shops.
The patent gives posibilties to expand the Hivy Pillar Greenfashion assortment with many other models in different materials.
Explotation of the UK patent (licenses) can create a strong buyers market position.
