Building the smallest of the small

A friend of mine is running a site as a side line copag playing cards (http://www.copag.co.uk), and is looking to push it a little more now, but has not the time.

Anyone got any advice of steps that he can take to build this side line that will not take up too much time? Quick / Effective steps etc.

If he has no time and a bit of cash i know of a really good freelance designer that could help him out.

www.breamteam.com hes a one man band and anything you want done he can do with no problems.
