How do I get an e-mail address that I can use for business apart from the usual free ones like my own private one which ends in fsnet, hotmail, yahoo etc.

Its hard to explain but for example one like info@?????.com if you know what I mean.

Also can I use it in outlook?

Thanks

You can set these up through Outlook Express but if I recall rightly you will need information from your ISP. It's so long since I did it that the memory has faded a bit. I'm sure the others on here can help you to sort it out though.

First you need to buy a domain name, this is the "companyname.com" but of the email address.
You then need what is called an Internet Service Provider to "host" the domain name for you and provide you with your email service.

Have a chat with user Matrixx on these forums who will be able to help you with this.

Greig,

This is dead simple - takes around 10 mins to setup - costs under £5 per year for the name and £3 per month for the hosting.

We can do it all over the phone :)
