Hi im not sure if this should be in the tenders section or this one, as it probably fits in both.

Anyway i have had my website a couple of years now and its ranks really well, the only thing that ive never got to grips with is ppc, im not after anyone to simply set up and monitor a campaign (i can do that) i am after someone to work on conversions, landing pages, bounce rate etc etc etc, to give me a good return.

Also anyone who can take my site to the next level as far as organic results and conversions.

I am open to any suggestions or offers, and am happy to pay whatever it costs as long as its not silly money, id rather spend £1000 with somebody who will generate me an extra £10000 than spend £100 and get nothing back, im not totally nieve and know that there are no guarantees, but a good track record, portfolio and reputation would help.

Advice would also be appreciated

I have a client working with Steve Gibson. Results have been very good so far. That's my recommendation anyway.
