Advice On Selling A Website

I am thinking about selling my online lifestyle magazines for Cornwall and Devon. We have over 6,000 subscribers and we currently get over 200,000 hits a month. Can anyone advise me on how to find a potential buyer?

I would be happy to continue writing features and arranging competitions and promotions on a freelance basis. A good sales team could make revenue from selling advertising, affiliate schemes, pay per click advertising, web pages, promotions, email marketing in the monthly/weekly newsletter to our subscribers, and selling data from competition entries.
