Hi,

Can anyone recommend a company that can provide the following:

We have 2 domains for 2 companies. The MD is the same for both companies. He requires an Exchange account that can receive email from both domains for his email address.

Secondly, each of the companies require their own POP3 accounts, for each person that works there - roughly 10-20 accounts per company. The domains and accounts will be separate, so it's likely that this will need to be two separate email packages.

Hope that makes sense: in summary...

1 x exchange mailbox that can accept from 2 domains.

Other users on those two domains need access to POP accounts. Please note that sales@domain1.com and sales@domain2.com will be totally separate email accounts.

Hope that makes sense.

Kind Regards

Gavin

Almost any hosted Exchange provider will be able to do this for you.

Basically, it involves configuring the MX records for each domain to point to the same exchange server. Then the mailbox has aliases for both domains (with usually a primary 'outbound' email address)

These guys allow mailbox access with POP3 also - so your other demand is met.

Hi Gavin,

I have worked in the IT industry for over 10 years and have been responsible for setting a large number of MS Exchange Servers. In the last year I have setup my own business offering these services as well as business IT support and hosting.

If you would like any help in setting this up or would like to discuss things further then please let me know.

Regards,

Simon

What features of exchange does the MD want?

If its the Exchange ActiveSync functionality we can do that through SM6 for £5/Mailbox/Year > http://www.smartertools.com/SmarterMail/Features/Add-Ons.aspx
