I want to know what is the difference meaning between Director salary and Director fee?

Seriously. I don't think there is no definative answer to your question. You might want to consider this however.

A working director usually receives an annual 'salary'.

A non-executive director however who advises the company on certain issues now and then may receive an annual fee.
