Has anyone had any experience of this company?

I paid for a website three days ago but haven't even had an email of acknowledgement or anything. There is nothing on their site that I can see that tells me when I get site etc.

Luckily it's not my business site but my non profit making information site but it would be nice to know when I can get cracking!!

I have emailed them to ask but wondered if any of you had experience of them?

Well you get what you pay for...

However I don't think £15 for nothing is fair. Never delt with them. Have you tried calling them on +(44) 1983 294515.

Could be no profit for you and 15 for them!!

I guess you paid via paypal?

It does say 'within 24hours on their site' so if you are unhappy and dont receive what you paid for you can claim via paypal to return your £15

er maybe it's called only 15 quid because it makes your business look like it's worth only 15 quid ?

. . . if you are unhappy and dont receive what you paid for you can claim via paypal to return your £15

It would be an extremely lucky person who received a refund from PayPal. I had an issue over fraudulent sales on eBay, and despite numerous emails and a complete folder of correspondence to their office in Ireland, I received not even a reply. I am not the only one. Perhaps Tiggs may (hopefully) be more fortunate.

The good thing to come out of this is that is forms part of her 'learning curve!'

If I haven't heard anything from him by close of business tomorrow I'm going to email him saying that I will be applying for a refund via paypal.

I think it's terribly sloppy business when they don't even email to acknowledge receipt of your order and payment - it's basic courtesy.

I got one the other day to the tune of £200. First time they've actually come through though...

Hi Rob

It's still in it's template at the mo, just their standard business site, but this is what it looks like.

I've just logged in and had a play with the editing tools. It seems really straightforward and suitable for my purpose fromwhat I can see so fingers crossed!
