Hi guys,

Ive been running on Jshop for over a year, and until recently loved everything about it. But now we had had to VAT regsiter, it just cant manage what it needs to...

1) My store consists of a mix of 0% and 15% rated products, which is fine, but the cart cant handle what need to happen with delivery charges on carts that contain a mix of 0% and 15% items.

2) The reports are really really basic, and I would like to have more a more detailed breakdown.

3) Jshop currently only allows you to input 2 tax rates, but I need more than that so that I can assign unique tax rates to items which include both 0% and 15% items (kits etc)

Im having to keep heavy manual accounts because of these issues and Im just not happy!

Theres no easy solution to these issues, so it is on my mind whether Id be better to switch carts.... but how easy would that be, and which one would suit?

I also need:
1) Multiple product variants
2) Very SEO friendly
3) Built in mailing list/newsletter facility
4) Built in Affiliate system
5) Gift certificates
6) Gift registry (I dont currently have this on Jshop but would LOVE it!)
7) Discount codes
8) Multiple customer account types
9) Quantity discounts
10) Customer reviews

Any input greatly appreciated!

Have you tried the jshop forum I have seen similar discussions on there that have been resolved! might save you a lot of work switching carts if you can get it to do what you want!

Yep Ive posted numerous times and also emailed the 'Bugs' address about the issue, but I've not gotten anywhere, and the general consensus seems to be that it wont get changed because not all that many people have the problem of having 0% rated and 15% rated products on their sites
