Same question re showing business address but different situation:
I am in the process of setting up a non profit website. I myself will not be asking for donations or selling anything. But as the purpose of the site is to promote educational material for children, I will be showcasing books together with a hyperlink through which people can go on to buy. I think it means I will be an 'affiliate' although I'm not doing it for payment.
Most of the time, if someone likes the look of a book they click the hyperlink and will go through to Amazon. That is where my involvement ends.
Do I still need to list an address in this situation?
