Hey peeps. I'm sure you're already tired of Christmassy messages (I am), but I've got another for you.

I'm considering offering a Christmas card design & print service. Obviously the holiday's rearing its holly-decked head so I need to get a wriggle on, but I was wondering whether it's something you'd be interested in?

The idea is that I'll design and print greeting cards with your company name and logo, and a special message inside. I'll send them to you so you can write whatever else you need to (ie: the recipient's name and your signature).

I have a special relationship - cough - with my printer so I can get great discounts which I can pass on, so they'd be good value for money and a nice touch to keep your name in your customers' minds.

Any thoughts, let me know!

Mark,

Thank you for the email you sent me, I will be keeping that in mind. Thank you!

With regards to your card idea, my father in law is quite big in a few circles with a few big clients like coke, du pont, shell, BP...

I will talk to him tonight and see what he can come up with, I know he was looking for nice cards to send his special clients, not sure how wany he will need though. But its worth a ask...

Its a good idea. I wish you well with it.

If someone could tell me how to generate a one time email for all my customers that would be great.

Most of my customers are online and I wish to send out Christmas greetings in the form of email as it shows we care but doesn't cost a few grand.

I own and operate www.ecust.co.uk it would be great for this application.

I'm getting together a free system for UKBF members to use (so I'm not trying to sell it to you)

If you're interested then you can sign up for a free UKBF sponsored system here: http://www.e-cust.co.uk/ar/signup (It's working fine but once I get the time for a full post I'll write one )

Hope this helps :)

Rob

Typically for me I suppose

I object to the mindless commercial led idea of sending everyone you know and see everyday a Christmas card (It annoys the hell out of some of my family).

However clients are usually only seen a couple of times a year so sending them christmas cards is what they were designed for.

Hi peeps, and thanks for your comments.

I think I'll give the Christmas card thing a trial run this year and see how it goes. If anyone's interested, PM me and I'll give you a quote. I'll then be able to see whether it's worth putting more time into it next year. (It'll probably be more expensive next year!)
