Who can do it for me ?

Hi
I'd like to open an internet shop and I'm looking for someone who can designe it , instal it etc.
Very important featury this shop will be search panel wchich has to be the same like in "feagleves" (lingerie shop)
So , if you start your search for particular size it automatically shows your answers in main panel(don't need to press search button) and if you go to next search(brand) it shows you items only in this size .
Well I've tried to explain it as clear as I can(my english still sucks)
Can you tell me wchich cart(company) should I go for ?

These are specialist modifications, you are not going to get an off the shelf cart to do this.
