I have two broadband connections available, one virgin, the other through BT.
I have a website and everytime I try and access through virgin it just won't work. I just get the 'problem loading page' tab in FF.
I have no problems accessing it through the BT connection.
On Virgin I can ping the website and can also traceroute it without any problems.
I have tried in FF, IE and Chrome and get the same error in each.
What can I do?

Could be any of a number of things.... I'm thinking it might be a DNS issue, have you by any chance moved or changed the DNS servers to the site you're talking about ?
However the above is just a complete guess as we really need some more info on your end ? If you want PM me your sites details and I'll take a quick look.
thanks

what website is it? perhaps another virgin user can confirm they are or not filtering content. they do filter your OUTGOING emails you know
TBH sounds like a DNS issue. try clearing your DNS cache (google it)

I tried clearing the DNS cache but no luck.
Don't want to post up the url but can PM anyone who is able to test.
Thanks

I've changed the DNS to opendns on the router and flushed the cache - still nothing.
Working fine for Steve.

I just checked out my domain using http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/web-sites-on-web-server/
(http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/web-sites-on-web-server/)
I cannot access any of the sites listed on the same server as mine.
I have no problems accessing any other sites, been through all my bookmarks, several sites through google searches, no problems.
Does this sound like my IP has been blocked?

Thanks to everyone for their help.
My IP had been banned by my host. This was due to me repeatedly trying to log in to my admin panel with my hosting login last week. Instead I used a different computer (different IP)with the login details stored so never noticed I was banned before. Whoops.

Someone on here told me to do Start -> Run -> type cmd
- in command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns when I had a similar problem. Worked for me.
