Would my diploma of certified accountant (attained in Bosnia and Herzegowina) be recognized in UK?

Anyone in the UK can trade as an accountant, qualifications or not. It's down to an individual client or employer whether they accept your qualifications.

You would probably find the information you need easier by contacting some professional bodies in the uk (eg ACCA, ICAEW, IFA) to see if they will accept your qualification as APL (accredited prior learning) in full or in part to get a more widely recognised status in the UK.
