Am trying to upload products for this but have absolutely no idea how to do it. Can anyone help?

As most have a build in feed.

When you say you have no idea how to do it you will probably need to expand on that statement a tad as its difficult to help without knowing at what stage you are stuck, so to speak. I've just creating a totally automated system for one of my clients for uploading their products to Google Base and it's been very successful.
Once it is set up, no manual intervention is required.

As mentioned above, the Google Help pages are a good start. You need to decide on whether your product data changes on a regular basis, eg: prices etc. If you generate a Google Base product file, it can be pushed or pulled from Google (see instructions). I would suggest your automated feed is NOT uploaded on a dialy basis, as Google makes the product data "searchable" within 24 hours of submission, hence refreshing everyday is not a good idea.
