As the Christmas and NewYear Season is fast approaching, the retailers generally get ready to address the demand this year. One of such challenges that online retailers face is the heavy load of concurrent users hitting the site. Unfortunately, if the application is not ready to process and accept the load, the performance slows down and the response time goes up. This usually, in most of the cases results in a business loss with the customer moving to other high performing sites. I request all the online retailers and the ecommerce application providers to share the challenges that you faced in the past and how are you planning this year?
