I would like to the detail working structure of an Insurance company, like how many departments, what that particular department do, normally how many workforce that department hold etc...Actually it's university assignment that i have to submit. Please if someone working in Insurance industry please let me know how management of Insurance Company works????
Technically, I am working on a project where I need to come up with a business plan for a KPO in India. I need to work out from scratch. I first need to analyze the Global Insurance market, the leaders, the products, annual reports, legal filings, along with basic idea of company infrastructure. What do they outsource, and what are the other services that a KPO can offer to them. What are the legal clause a company willing to outsource will have to fall throough? There is many more.
I need some information to start with this. If anybody who can help me here, I'll really appreciate...
