My God! The Power Of Advertising!!!

You can't fail to have noticed over the past few weeks M&S have been running an ad for their Melting Mouth Belgian Chocolate Pudding.

I for one have been salivating all over the carpet each time I see it!!

I popped into M&S for some fish today (oh the excitement of my life!) and suddenly remembered the ad and decided to buy the pudding.

When I was at the checkout I looked around and saw that 7 out of 10 shoppers had this pudding in their basket - some had only the pudding and a carton of cream!!

That's what you call a success!!

And of course M&S had an offer that finishes today of buy so much and get 4 of those puddings free!

Yes that's true you could get them free if you spent £35 but most of the customers didn't have goods to that value in their baskets.
