Would you agree that the number one ingredient for successful wealth creation is the ability to draw the right team of people around you and the gift to enable them to get excited and convinced enough about your vision that they want to contribute their skills and/or money?

Hi Tiggy,
I totally agree. Often other elements are needed to bring a project to fruition but with a positive attitude, vision and the right people, anything is possible.
To give an example ... something we have touched upon in another posting ... my brother, Mark Strange, has been making a feature film in Lancashire for the past 5 years and through his vision and positive outlook, he's managed to turn a dream into reality.
