Hi,

I am new to this forum. My challenge is, 'out of the blue my yahoo mail box as stopped receiving email.' I have emailed Yahoo.co.uk for advice and I am sure they are replying but I can't access their reply. Does anybody know how I can contact yahoo.co.uk and speak to a real person by phone or even send them a snail mail? You will need to respond on this forum because I cannot be alerted by email.

Why not sign up to another Yahoo account and contact them through that one?

I presume you can still view your old mail?

If that is the case you have probably exceeded you storage limit, I would suggest you delete some and see if it starts to receive new mail.
