Just a quick introductory note to say hello. My company, Swiftpro, is based in Harrow and develops software for the recruitment and HR market. As well as our UK operation we have a dedicated development facility in Sofia, Bulgaria. Along with our existing product portfolio we are currently building a new business contact management application which we hope to launch early 2006. Swiftpro was established in 1991.

- How did the link with Bulgaria come about, and how does that group fit into your organisation?

- You've been in business for 14 years but your product appears to be very much web-based. Have you been promoting and adapting this product over time, or has your company offered other services in the past?
