Used it a few years back, but found it was better for customer relations (and cheaper) for me to keep control of it myself.

These days I just keep a very tight rein on things, don't give credit to anyone unless I am 99.9999% certain I will get the money and if not I ask for money up front, at the end of the day if they don't have the money I don't want the business!

credit is something i do not do.

on the IT consumables side, i took an order from my sister. For some CDs, Printer inks etc. I paid up front. She never coughed up.

i decided to allow a float on my credit card of 50 quid to pay for things in this way.
Of course getting back to my sister she told me she did not have the money. And wouldn;t have it for a few weeks.

I leanred after this that its money up front or no service.
After all you do not pay for your shopping at sainsburys with a pruchase order number, or an IOU do you :-)
