does any one know a good customer relations system that does not cost the earth but would be good for remote access sales staff for a website company.

Infusionsoft is not free, but one of the best integrated CRM and marketing systems I've ever seen: www.infusionsoft.com

ASA Distribution is a leaflet distribution company based in london and servicing the greater london area. We utilise a system call vtigercrm. Its a free opensource customer relationship management software and it supports an unlimited amount of users.
