Hi there a potential new client of mine wants to incorporate a paperless office system into his office. I have an idea but would welcome any suggestions for any good software solutions which promote paperess offices.

It depends on what your client does but I would say Outlook is a good start to paperless. You can manage your diary, set reminders and write "to-do" lists.
I know it's not very high-tech but sometimes the best solutions are the simple ones

ok a small point, but could use a modem for faxing, saves printing off loads of sheets you are only going to use once for faxing then bin.

The fax and outlook suggestions are good. Incorporating some kind of intranet is also a good step forward for larger groups of people.
What specific aspects do they want to be paperless?
