Someone is using my domain name to spam people. I'm getting complaints from people and 100's of 'Mail delivery failed' messages.
Any advice ???

Sudesh,
Speak to your webhost and ask them to set up an spf record for your domain.
See: http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=www.marketinginfo.co.uk
For an over view of your mail setup.
Hope this helps,
Rob

If it is your domain name that they're faking, the advice is live with it I'm afraid. Emails don't (broadly) authenticate the sender address. As such, there's not much you can do. (You can alter your DNS records, but I'm not sure that will help you much in this case.)
That said, it's quite unusual for a spam sender to user the same (faked) domain, as it would be quite easy for someone to block. As such, most spammers would change their address frequently.
Therefore, I'd ask whether they're actually using some of your facilities - your email server, perhaps a compromised website, that sort of thing?
If you can provide a bit more detail, we can probably advise if there's anything you can do to stop the problem.

look at the headers on the original mail, locate the IP of the sender, block them from accessing you server, report them to their ISP, setup an SPF record in your DNS zone.
This won't guarantee it will stop, as "from" fields are easy to forge, but it will prevent most from continuing

Thanks guys.
The senders IP is India, will block it now.
