it might help if you explain the services you used and why they were good compared to others, otherwise a post like this could easily be thought of as a spam post

Are you the official SPAM buster on UKBF then?

You seem to be a bit paranoid about it today

Did your wife run off with a tin of processed meat or something?

Agri-Hire, I just made a comment about the post above, without and information it is possible the post could be perceived as a spam post, a number of members here have posted before about spam posts being annoying, I just happened to be the first one here.

If you think being rude to me because in my opinion you are also a spammer is going to make any difference then you are mistaken. Throwing blind insults does nothing at all to boost your credibility and only makes me think more that you are the type of person with a menatality of a spammer.

I am very strongly against spam, the same as I am against pornography on the internet.

Indeed, what an abuse of a peice of technology with such a potential to do so much good.

I'm surprised at you Agri-hire, Tony is a top bloke and a friend. You don't take the mick out of someone's wife. I think a sorry is in order, it wasn't a very nice thing to say.

come off it, ou have got to be joking!

Anyone who took that posting as being even remotely serious has got a real problem!

VS, mate honestly, as if you are going to get upset by me saying that your wife ran off with a tin of PEK!!

Get real, or get a sense of humour all of you.

It seem to upset Tony..

If I was joking and it upset someone, i'd say sorry! Even though you ment it as a joke, it upset him.

I have a sence of humour, but not when I can see it has upset someone else, even if you ment no harm.

Seems to be my day for quoting old sayings, well here is another one.

"Call me a ******* but don't you dare call my sister a *****, thats my job"

I thought Agri's comment was downright rude and insulting, there was no smilie or anything else made to suggest it was a joke, and his follow up post just seemed to me to be full of the arrogance of a person with a child like mentality who is upset because I made a comment in another post that they didn't like.

If anyone who was not a good friend made a comment like that to my face they would be on the receiving end of my fist.

VS I am sorry if you were insulted, really I am.

However, it is interesting that this is a moderated forum where we are not supposed to be insulting or offensive, and yet no-one has jumped in to delete my comments, or lock out the thread.

Maybe that's because the moderator understood my comments were meant in humour and were in no way offensive.

Maybe it's because he wanted us to voice our opinions openly and reach our own amicable settlement.

Or maybe it's because the moderator is creased up on the floor laughing at the thought of some woman walking hand in hand with a tin of Fray Bentos!

(Sorry, couldn't resist) :P

Peace, love, understanding and a sense of humour to all
