Ok, All.

I am having a few problems with my logo design.

A company logo is a very important part of a business but so far I am not happy with anything we have got.

For a sneak peak of what our site (rosesbydesign) will be styled and themed like view

http://www.annaclements.com.au/clients/roses/layout4.png

The site is no where near ready yet, but it gives you a taste of the style we are going with.

The logo on this page is just a sample (i dont really like it at all)

Then see our holding page for the current logo, the problem I am having is i like the logo but it does not fit our style/site theme.

Anyone any ideas?

Hi,

I like the first lot of logos you had us picking from, they were much more stylish. If you are keeping this one, i'd tone the red down a little, a shade or two darker.

I like the look of your holding page!

What do you think of our early site design / layout / colours etc?

The main site looks good to me aswell. It might be a good Idea to put on the home page, a picture showing one of your designs (as per your holding page) showing people the finished printed article otherwise people might think its 'just another florist'

Hope this helps

Yes, we will have images of our products and a flash presentation explaining how it works.

LOGO COMPETITION

If anyone would like to create a logo my personalised rose business, I would gladly return the favour with a free bunch of personalises roses if I use your finished design

Hi Mark,

Looking nice but you are right that logo is not quite right - looks more like a lily pad or a tulip than a rose, however I suppose it could be worse.

Presumably you will be using pound signs instead of dollars.

It's such a shame you are not doing the Elvis Roses.

I think you may ruffle a few logo designers feathers with a logo competition.

Hi SillyJokes,

Yes the $ sign will be £.

What you see there is a very early shot, things have developed since then.

lol - you and your elvis rose!

Hi Mark,

I must say, I don't think the typography for the logo matches the product you're selling - it just doesn't conjur up the right ideas for me - elegance, romance, femininity, grace, etc.

But the web site itself is looking pretty good so far. :)

I have used www.eagleimagery.com and service is and output is 100%. Nothing is too much trouble and very quick

Only good things to say about him to be honest

Hi Mark,
Just out of interest, why are you using an Australian design company when there are so many here?

Must also admit I agree totally with the following:

I put my project up on rentacoder.com

The winning bidder for the project was from AU.
