Costume Jewellery Franchise

Does anyone know if there is a franchise based on selling costume jewellery? I do not want to hear about anything to do with network marketing (MLM), but am looking for an opportunity to expand my range of products through a proven business model. Franchising appeals but cannot find a company that does this.
