hi all
My multimedia training company is soon to launch in a few weeks time.

One thing i think might be useful is if i had a disclaimer baiscally pointing out that
To the best of our knowledge, no hard can come to the computer from following any of the procedures discussed in the tutorials. however by using them, the user does so at ones own risk.

Also builing in a copyright agreement could be useful.

does anyone know where i could get a templaTE FROM for this?

Also i am going to have some people helping me to sell some of the stuff, as indepents, meaning they just keep a proportion of the takings as commission. a contract might be useful here to perhaps?

Any ideas would be of great help

Regards

Al

Hi - a copyright form is unlikely to be necessary. Have a look at http://www.vitalproductsolutions.co.uk/copyright_and_patents.htm
which has a basic explanation of copyright (for the UK).

I had a look at your website and it would probably be advisable for you to read

If you're trading with consumers there is some information that you are required to make available on your website to comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. It looks like you don't have that on your site yet.

Hope that helps
