I was wondering how to change the name of the left hand navigation boxes here www.stylesukdesignerclothing.co.uk (http://www.stylesukdesignerclothing.co.uk)

From memory, look for this file:
includes/languages/english.php
there should be a line in that which will relate to the text you are looking to edit
