Hi everyone.

My name is Brian; I am new to the forum.

This is my first post but hopefully not my last.

I run a small business based in Belfast, and am in the process of setting up a tele-canvassing department, contacting businesses offering my services.

As DECENT customer data can be expensive, I am interested in getting together with a number of non competing businesses and purchasing some current, clean data.

If these businesses are of a complimentary nature, there is also scope for a joint tele-campaign.ie the agent calls on our collective behalf, identifies QUALIFIED leads and forwards same to the business in question.

If any of you are interested please send me a private message, and if possible we can arrange a meeting to discuss the finer points.

My business is web design and development, so unfortunately anyone involved in that industry cannot participate.

If you have any other questions feel free to drop me a line.

Have a great weekend.

Brian

Hi Brian,

there are lots of places to source data, none of which are perfect.

Have you considered outsourcing your tele canvassing at first initially, to keep your comittment down and assess the results first?

£399 for 2.2million Uk records is small amount for a uk wide database.

£399 for 350 000 UK wide with emails

or a subscription service costing £1000 a year to view data inc TPS registration, or download 3000 contacts.

You begin to see its not just the data but what you do with it.

Any of the options listed is fine under different circumstances. buying the data will not exactly put your lights out in any case, and 1 or two sales will make up the cost of buying data. But as I said before consider the cost of running your own team, revenue/cost to see if its worthwhile.

Approx 38 000 records for NI.

I can help you source if you like. PM me.
