What is your prime, motivating force for owning your own business?
Mine is that I hate working for other people!
I'd rather run my own show and make enough money to get by than earn a fortune working for someone else.

I work 16 hours a day 6 days a week on a quest for laziness ;)

Going by the topic subject I was all ready to say " an Aston Martin DB9" :D
However, the thing I enjoy most is the flexibility to work when I want, it's really nice choosing which 14 - 16 hours per day I work ;)

It may be? If by owning your own business you earn enough money to buy that DB9 ? Then I would be a great answer.
On topic... I'm working towards my own business so that my own creativity and personality gets a well deserved outlet and not suppressed like it does in my current employment...
