Getting a list of child care providers

Hi everyone

I'm in the process of building a marketing plan for a new product and wonder how to obtain a list of all childcare providers in the UK? I have contacted Ofsted and had to email my request so am waiting for a reply. Any ideas on how to get a targetted list?

Each local authority has a list of registered child minders and childcare providers in their district, borough etc, which you can get through their early years service.

There is also a national association for childminders, who might let you put out a mailing to their members for a fee.
