Help with Image on my Profile [Archive]

Hi

I would love to have my company logo on my profile and It's probably incredibly easy to do, but can't find any information on how to do it.

My logo is currently in paintshop pro and is over 800 pixels big.

You know the ones I mean - like Jayne the baker and Matrixx hosting (to name but a few).

Hi Karen,

I had trouble with mine as well and Matrixx sorted it for me using Fireworks. I had previously tried to do it but got into all sorts of difficulties because I'm not really a techie myself.

I know he's a very busy person but if you ask Matrixx really really nicely I'm sure he would do it for you.

No need to mail, I took it from your site.

If you go to 'Profile' on the top menu you can then enter the following URL in the box to "Load avatar from URL"

I've managed to resize my avatar to 80 x 61 pixels, but the size is still greater than 6kb.

How do I (can I) make it smaller?
