I'm trying to find a 90% LTV Offset Residential Mortagage for a self employed person. All the one's i've seen published are a LTV of 60-75%

If anyone comes across one, i'd be much obliged?

All square the best you will do is 75% LTV im afraid, Offsett mortgages have died off as of late (as have most) Abbey, Accord and Scottish Widows all have offsets at 75% assuming you can proove income. You will be lucky to find any 90% mortgages at the moment. Good luck

Decided to probably ditch the offset idea as have just been offered;

10 Year Fixed Mortgage
Interest Only
Rate 6.59%
APR 5.70%
90% LTV

Would you go for a 10 year fixed mortgage at these rates? :|
