Hi All

We'd like to introduce ourselves here and say that we are currently developing two strands to our business...

(1) We develop 'themed websites' which earn us an income

(2) We also offer website development advice, assistance, and anything else you might need. If you run a small office/home office and have been thinking of 'getting a website'...or have a site that just is not 'doing the business'...or maybe you just want avoid spending money ineffectively...then maybe we can help.

We use a website development package that is still rather low profile here in the UK, but which has helped many thousands of individuals and small businesses compete really effectively with the bigger boys (in fact often do a lot better than them) in the US, Canada, Australia and all around the globe.

We are happy to try and provide any help we can to other small business owners and entrepreneurs who are trying to 'realise' the potential of the Internet.

Did you know? There are now around 75,000,000 active websites out there! (source: NetCraft, Oct 2005)...and this number grows by 000's daily. This means there are billions of web-pages out there too. If you have a website that is not getting much attention, maybe we have some ideas that could help. If you are planning to 'buy' or build your own website soon, then feel free to pick-our-brains, if we can be any assistance.

We look forward to contributing whenever we can to this interesting forum.

Good luck to you all.

Ruth

Thanks for the 'nod' Arial

And was that meant to be a 'funny' or did you really suspect we might be a WSI franchisee in 'low profile' mode, Alan?

We definitely do not represent WSI, in case you , or anyone elso was wondering. I certainly would not pay £38,000 to become a sales rep  ...though I am sure they offer a great service...I have no experience other than seeing the overwhelming 'marketing' push they have made in recent years.

No. I am more than sure that WSI would look down on us because we espouse the theory that 'simplest' is best.

The platform we use is provided by SBI! (http://www1.sitesell.com/build-better-sites.html). And if you know this company already then you will also know that this is the only really complete system for the small, micro and one-man business, that enables total autonomy at low cost.

This is a 'no frills' approach to build an exceptionally economical website, that can nevertheless achieve great results where it counts...in the SE results rankings.

This system enables the 'really small' or 'new' business guy to compete with big boys. Plus it leaves the power to develop, update, modify and redesign the website 'in the hand of the owner' (not the web developer).

Anyway for small and micro-business, or small office/home offices (sohos) as they are sometimes called, this 'domain name/hosting/content research/site-building/SE optimizing/traffic analysis/e-commerce/SE submission...and more' ALL-IN -ONE package is the best we have come across...not to mention first class tech support and back-up by an ethically run company, and a truly invaluable private forum...

We (Ruth & I - as small business people ourselves - SiteBuilderSolution) do offer some support services...'profitable keyword finding', content research and copywriting, proof-reading, SE webpage optimizing...and other advisory stuff...to complement our promotion of SBI! (http://buildit.sitesell.com/build-better-sites.html)...to help those who don't have time to do all this...or who are stuck with less 'complete' hosting solutions and have chosen not to adopt SBI! (http://buildit.sitesell.com/build-better-sites.html)...

But we are more that happy just to introduce the 'small' and 'home-based' business person to this opportunity...which 'guarantees' to work, and has proven itself thousands of times over (http://case-studies.sitesell.com/build-better-sites.html)...and 'costs peanuts' compared with some of the 'over-hyped, pushy, unecessarily technical' web dev promoters out there...

Whoops!...nearly fell of my hobby horse!

But seriously..many small businesses do not need anything more than SBI! (http://www1.sitesell.com/build-better-sites.html) to establish a decent site, that attracts traffic, gets good SE ranking, can be used to promote an existing business, their e-bay or MLM opportunity..or just run as a small online income producing business like we do...it works...it costs equivalent to about £4 per week...and you don't need any additional expensive services! Try getting a deal like that out of WSI!

Always happy to answer any more questions here...or by PM! Thanks for the chance to Scotch any suspicions that we might be reps for WSI, Alan :D

Not thinking that you are covert WSI agents just that the business model is the same (presumably as you say at lower cost) therefore yes it was a funny :D
