View Full Version : Sage Instant Accounts - Setup Assistance

Ok, before I start I apologise if this is in the wrong section.

Basically the problem I have is that I have started a new business and have chosen Sage Instant Accounts (v15) for my book keeping software.
Now with various help (off here, friends, sage support, etc) I have managed to get up and running.
However, I am concerned that I have some fundemental problems, e.g. all my entries are credits, no debits. And customers are used for some transactions and not for others. etc etc....

So, what I am looking for is someone (preferably with some experience) to help get me setup, and provide feedback on what i've done so far.
Now I am happy to pay for this and can provide remote access to the sage machine or could send backup files.

If anyone is able to assist please let me know.

I would have thought that somebody would have replied by now ... I use Sage Instant for a few clients, so would be more than happy to help you out?

have you had much luck with sorting out your sage problems i am having the same problems with debits as credits ect. I would be ever so greatful if you could let me know who or how you got it sorted.

Have you tried using Sage's built in help? Go to the section in the program where you are having problems and hit F1 and help about that page will come up - you can also do keyword searches. Sage explains quite alot of the accounting in the help in simple language that most people should understand.
