Anybody know much on merging...

hi all i just leaving this message in the forum as i have a good understanding on most area's of business but wonder what would be the benifits of merging.

merging is something i do not know about.

could anyone help me out and send me a link which has more information on merging and what it is.

What do you want to merge? Companies, pictures ?
