Hi there, I'm also trying to start up a bar.
Although mine is a completely different sort of bar and in a big city you sound as frustrated as me.
I'm also 24 going 25, i have been managing a restaurant for 2 years and have been in this industry since I was 16.
I'm having problems finding building quotes and premises to base my idea around.
I'm trying to put together a business plan but am finding it hard when I cannot get some realistic prices to base it on.
If you have any advice i would be most grateful!
In regards to your finance problem, Ive found that looking at the people you Know (even customers) you will find people are willing to offer any help and advice on the best step for you, or the best companies to contact who are only interested in the money side and not the day to day running of the business. Its amazing what you can get by just asking.
