Are you a sub contractor in the construction industry?

What do you do?

What does your contract with them say about how you will be paid?

We need a bit more info to be able to help - thanks

if you are in the construction industry then CIS applies:

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/cis/

you are the subcontractor and they are the contractor
