Recommendation needed for an electrician in Lancaster

My father lives in Cardiff but has a property in Lancaster that needs some work. He doesn't fancy the quote that the lettings company have given and also doesn't fancy driving all that way to do it himself.

He needs "a builder who can hack off the render both sides of an internal wall (about 2 metres wide by 1 metre high on each side) and re-render with cement and finish it with plaster"

Anyone on here know someone in the area they are happy to recommend?

Apologies for being dopey but based on the description of the job why does he need an electrician?
